The little one is verbal

AM: Lucy, would you like to go play in the living room?

Lucy: No!

AM: Would you like to stay here with mommy?

Lucy: No!

AM: Do you just like to say no?

Lucy: No! Nonononono! NOOOO!

***

First sentence: Yizah go’way.

Said pointing at the front door after Eliza went outside to play.

***

Second sentence: Hoith say nay!

About her favorite animal.

***

Also, she knows ducks say Kackkack!

Sheep says Baaaaaa!

Kitty says Mow!

Doggie says Voofvoof!

But so do birdies, apparently.

And frogs say Raaaaarrrrrr!

***

If she gets herself wedged funny in her high chair, she yells STUCK!

She has just enough of a lisp to take any word with an S into ridiculous territory, cuteness-wise.

Amazing how fast her speech is progressing now. I think she actually beats Eliza reaching the NONONONONO phase ;-)

    A friend taught his sons:
    what does Hamlet say?
to be or not to be (all run together into one word, it was awesome!)
